RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL

Late Policy

  • Please be ON TIME to your reservation. If you are late, you will not be guaranteed your full session as we will honor the reservations after yours.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider your group a NO SHOW and your session will be cancelled with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • There is a $15 non-refundable deposit required to book your reservation, depending on your selection. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of your reservation total.
