Position: Karaoke Attendant

About the Role:
As a Karaoke Attendant, you’ll be the heart of our operation, ensuring our guests have an amazing time while belting out their favorite tunes. You’ll manage bookings, provide top-notch customer service, operate karaoke equipment, and keep our venue running smoothly.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour, plus pooled tips (average total hourly rate: $20-$23)
- Training Rate: $16.00 per hour during the training period (typically 3 shifts of 4 hours each)

Hours of Operation:
Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Saturday: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (we’re flexible on this! if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, everything can be taught!)
- Ability to work a total of at least 10 hours per week across 2 different days
- Willingness to obtain RBS Certification (we cover the cost of the exam + time to complete the course)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
