Late Policy
- Please be ON TIME to your reservation. If you are late, you will not be guaranteed your full session.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider your group a NO SHOW and your card will be charged 50% of your reservation total.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $15 non-refundable deposit required to book your reservation, depending on your selection. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your reservation total.
